When you purchase a Walkin’ Wheels wheelchair through HandicappedPets Australia, you’re receiving more than just a mobility aid.

As an Australian-based specialist supplier, I provide personal assistance with wheelchair selection, sizing, fitting advice and ongoing support to help you and your pet get the most from your purchase.

Should you need assistance after receiving your wheelchair, or need to arrange an eligible return, you’re dealing directly with me here in Australia rather than having to organise everything internationally.

I aim to keep my prices fair and competitive while continuing to offer the personalised service and support that I believe every pet and their owner deserve.

## Understanding the Price Differences Between Wheelchair Colours and Sizes

You may notice that our Walkin’ Wheels wheelchairs have different prices depending on the colour selected and, in some cases, the wheel size.

Why are the Blue wheelchairs less expensive?

Our Blue Walkin’ Wheels Rear Wheelchairs are generally sourced through an Australian distribution warehouse, allowing us to take advantage of lower freight costs and, in many cases, quicker delivery times.

Rather than applying the same price across all colours, I’ve chosen to pass some of these savings on to customers, making the Blue wheelchairs a more affordable option without compromising on quality.

What about the Pink and Seafoam Green wheelchairs?

These colours are sourced directly from the USA, where international freight costs are considerably higher.

This additional freight is reflected in their retail prices. However, the wheelchairs themselves are the same genuine Walkin’ Wheels products, with the same adjustability, quality and functionality, regardless of colour.

Why do some Large Pink wheelchairs cost more depending on wheel size?

For our Large Pink Walkin’ Wheels wheelchairs, the larger 20–22″ and 23–25″ wheel options attract significantly higher international freight charges due to their shipping requirements.

Unfortunately, this additional cost needs to be reflected in the selling price.

The Blue Large wheelchairs, however, are currently available at the same price regardless of wheel size, thanks to the Australian distribution arrangements.

Our commitment to fair pricing

At HandicappedPets Australia, I believe in offering customers a choice wherever possible.

By pricing our wheelchairs according to their actual supply and freight costs, rather than applying one price across every colour and configuration, I can offer more competitive options while continuing to provide the personal service, advice and ongoing support that are so important when choosing mobility equipment for your pet.
